LAMBERT PARK SHELTER BUILDING <br /> Page 2 <br /> November 24, 1981 <br /> • <br /> costs for the construction of the building as follows : <br /> Construction and erection of the building <br /> including frost footings , floor, and materials <br /> of $9,800.00 plus electrical costs for installing <br /> the new heater valued at $1 ,500.00 for a total <br /> electrical hook-up of $300.00 or $1 ,800.00. <br /> With the additional costs of $1,800.00 for the building and $9,800.00 <br /> for erection, staff envisions a total cost of the building completed <br /> to be at $23,543.12. Additional costs as proposed and originally <br /> outlined by staff include the rental costs of the trailers at an <br /> expense of $205.00 per month for the 8 x 36 and $135.00 for the 8 x 24 <br /> buildings. Total projected cost for the portable shelter buildings is <br /> projected at $1 ,335.00 for rental costs with a delivery and pickup charge <br /> of $85.00/unit each way. In addition to the rental cost staff envisions <br /> a need for electrical hook-up of approximately $100.00 per building or • <br /> $300.00 and materials to modify the buildings at $300.00/building or $900.00 <br /> total . <br /> In addition we envision an estimated cost of $1 ,500.00 to re-wire the old <br /> buildings so they may be removed. Total expenditures by line item are: <br /> Lambert Building $11,943. 12 <br /> Erection $ 9 ,800.00 <br /> Heater $ 1 ,500.00 <br /> Wiring for building $ 300.00 <br /> Rental of building $ 1 ,335.00 <br /> Delivery charge $ 510.00 <br /> Wiring for portable buildings $ 300.00 <br /> Building modifications $ 900.00 <br /> Electrical estimates $ 1 ,500.00 <br /> Total expenditures that staff envisions would be $28,088. 12 or a surplus <br /> of $1 ,911 .88. <br /> • <br />
