RESOLUTION NO. <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> 4111 COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION COMMENDING GORDON FEDOR FOR <br /> YEARS OF DEDICATED SERVICE TO THE <br /> MOUNDS VIEW PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br /> WHEREAS , Gordon Fedor has served the Mounds View Parks and <br /> Recreation Commission for the past years ; and <br /> WHEREAS , he provided an active leadership role in directing <br /> and shaping future Parks and Recreation movement within the City of <br /> Mounds View; and <br /> WHEREAS , Gordon Fedor was directly involved in the development <br /> and acquisition of Silver View Park, establishment of the City-wide <br /> Comprehensive Park Plan, Park Reforestation efforts , and Neighborhood <br /> Park Improvements ; and <br /> WHEREAS , leisure recreation programs were expanded under his <br /> guidance and direction; and <br /> WHEREAS , improved and expanded lines of couuuunication and <br /> 1111 cooperation were developed with School District #621 through joint <br /> park/school facility development and joint powers agreement allowing <br /> for increased school usage . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Parks and <br /> Recreation Commission hereby publicly commends and thanks Mr .
