111/1 <br /> MEMO TO: Parks and creation Commissioners <br /> FROM: Staff I <br /> DATE: October 20, 1981 <br /> RE: Park Shelter Buildings <br /> Staff has included a memo regarding the feasibility of removing the existing <br /> Park shelter buildings . In addition, bids were opened on Thursday, October 8, <br /> 1981 for the new building at Lambert Park. Only one bid was received from <br /> Game Time Industries with a low bid of $12 ,125.00. <br /> Delivery date is scheduled for October 26, 1981. The City Council awarded the <br /> low bid to Game Time at Tuesday, October 13, 1981 's Council meeting. Staff has <br /> spoken with a number of masonary men and we hope to begin pouring the footings <br /> 111/1 <br /> and floor during the next week. <br /> Staff will be providing additional information at Thursday's meeting. <br />
