Changes will only be allowed <br /> for reasons as deemed acceptable by the Youth Rules Commi'ttee. <br /> Players are not allowed to play on more than one team. <br /> Protests : <br /> Protests are not allowed. All decisions must be settled by the acting umpire on the field. <br /> Disagreement by coaches must be stifled and dealt with in a mature adult manner . . . . <br /> no ego trips please. A mistake is a mistake and they are made every day by everyone . . . <br /> so if you 've never made a mistake , than you have reason to dispute. <br /> Player Recognition : <br /> As participation and involvement are the two key factors in our youth sports program, it is <br /> only fitting that participation certificates should be awarded to all youth sports participant <br /> III/1The Mounds View Parks , Recreation and Forestry Department will provide individual certificates <br /> for each player with a photograph of the team included. <br /> Individual and team trophies will not be provided for any youth sports program involving <br /> youngsters in junior high or below. <br /> State Tournament Policy: It is the policy of the Mounds View Youth Athletic leagues (jr. <br /> high or below) to sanction teams by the State for post-season play. In-house teams desiring <br /> to play in tournaments outside Mounds View may do so pending approval by the Program <br /> Supervisor and parental permission slips . <br /> • <br />
