• <br /> MEMO TO: Mounds View Parks and Recreation Commission <br /> FROM: Staff ', ') <br /> DATE: October 20, 1981 <br /> RE: Park Ordinance - Rules and Regulations <br /> Enclosed find the first rough draft of a new ordinance outlining the rules <br /> and regulations which are to be enforced for the Mounds View Parks System. <br /> We have reviewed the ordinance with the City Police Department and made the <br /> initial modifications as they deemed necessary. In addition a copy has been <br /> forwarded to City Attorney Meyers for his legal opinion. <br /> As this is the first reading or review of such an ordinance, staff envisions <br /> 11110 that there will be a variety of changes prior to formal Council and Commission <br /> adoption. <br /> Staff will be providing additional background information at Thursday's meeting. <br />
