ir <br /> CHAPTER 52 <br /> 411) <br /> PARKS AND RECREATION RULES AND REGULATIONS <br /> 52 . 01 Purpose <br /> This ordinance has been established to outline the rules and <br /> regulations which are to be abided by and enforced in Mounds View <br /> City ' s Park System. <br /> 52 . 02 Definitions <br /> (1) Parks and Open Space - Any area wherever located which is <br /> reserved , designated, or used for active or passive recreation <br /> and which is owned , operated, or controlled by the City , or <br /> controlled by another governmental unit . <br /> 4111 <br /> (2) Motorized Vehicles - Any vehicle having a self-contained <br /> unit for propelling the vehicle by means of converting <br /> stored energy . Motorized vehicles include , but shall not <br /> be limited to , automobiles , trucks , motor bikes , mini-bikes , <br /> snowmobiles , and battery-powered carts . <br /> 52 . 03 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES <br /> No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed , displayed , or possessed <br /> in any park other than at City Hall and Silver View Parks . Alco— <br /> holic beverages will only be allowed to be consumed at designated <br /> picnic areas and shall not exceed one case of beer/6 individuals of <br /> legal age . Any group wishing to posess or consume greater than <br /> 4110 <br /> one case on park grounds , must have a permit . An application <br /> form must be obtained and completed at the Mounds View City Hall <br /> and the permit , j eserving , will be granted by the City Council . <br />
