Blaine 3-2 beer only • <br /> -10 pm curfew in -no real problem due to <br /> parks the 10 pm curfew <br /> -need a beer license <br /> for kegs <br /> -no restriction for <br /> carryins (6-packs) <br /> 2. Brooklyn Center permit only -drinking by permit -there are still some <br /> only problems but not as many <br /> 3. Brooklyn Park 3-2 nonalcoholic -drinking allowed in -because kegs are not <br /> 5 designated picnic identifiable it makes <br /> areas for groups it difficult for police <br /> only by permit to patrol parks <br /> 4. Columbia Heights -in one neighbor- -11 pm curfew & no -much litter & noise <br /> hood park only permit needed <br /> 5. Maple Grove none -yes, but now a <br /> policeman is a park <br /> enforcement officer <br /> 6. Crystal only by special permit -yes, not enough <br /> staff to patrol _ <br />
