Parks and Recreation Commission Minutes <br /> 2/26/81 Page 7 <br /> The Parks and Recreation Commission responded <br /> that they would not support such a referendum.uu <br /> Planning Couiission Chairperson reviewed the <br /> Long Range Capitol Improvement Plan with the <br /> Park Commission and the Park Commission stated <br /> that they had no problem with the language . <br /> Planning Commissioner Loeding stated he had no <br /> problem with the Park Plan but that he was not <br /> satisfied with the implementation phase . <br /> Glazer requested that the Park Commission purchase <br /> additional park land. <br /> A great deal of discussion followed regarding the <br /> • plan. <br /> Administrator Pauley proposed some general language <br /> that could be inserted into the implementation <br /> chapter which met with a positive reception from <br /> both Commissions . <br /> Staff was directed by the Parks Commission to <br /> refine Administrator Pauley ' s verbage and report <br /> back to the Commission. <br /> STAFF REPORT Staff outlined the staff report as submitted and <br /> stated that Program Supervisor Kvalheim would <br /> be getting married Saturday . <br /> • <br />
