It appears that we will be coordinating all swimming lesson instruction,
including fee collection. Does the Parks and Recreation Commission desire that
to be treated as a separate fund or as a part of the Recreation Activity Fund?
24.03 - Use of Fund - Although staff does not currently support the position.
I would be remiss to not discuss the possibility of the Program Supervisor' s salary
being partially or fully paid from this fund. This position is currently
paid for out of the general fund but there has been staff discussion on the
possibility of transferring some funds from the recreation activity to the
general fund or vise-versa.
24.04 - Disbursements - no change
24.05 - Accounting - no change
i24.06 - Transfer of Funds - No change except if the Commission would like to make
modifications as discussed in 24.03.
