Director Anderson stated he <br /> would like to see this Master Plan attached or <br /> included with the Mounds View Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Comments from the Commissioners: <br /> Miller-She would like to see the cost of the <br /> plan scaled down. <br /> Warren-She asked if this Master Plan was <br /> included, in detail, with the Comprehensive <br /> Plan, would the city be locked into it? <br /> (Anderson replied that this park Master Plan, <br /> as with the other material in the Comprehensive . <br /> Plan, were to be utilized as "guidelines" rather <br /> 411than specific commitments.) <br /> Loeding-Since the referendum was not passed by <br /> the voters, he didn' t think it should be included <br /> in the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Glazer-He asked Director Anderson to clarify <br /> that Mounds View is approximately 10 acres short <br /> of federal standards for park land, approximately <br /> 26 acres of the designated park land is actually <br /> school playgrounds, and that Arden Park, Green- <br /> field, and Silverview parks include approximately <br /> 50% of the open space park lands in Mounds View. <br /> Chairperson Mountin directed staff to provide at the <br /> next agenda meeting some direction of the acceptability <br /> of inclusion of the park plan with the Met Council. <br /> Mrs. Bonin stated that when the road was installed near 6.
