Metropolitan Council <br /> Working for the Region, Planning for the Future <br /> TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY BOARD <br /> June 8, 1995 <br /> Mary Saarion <br /> Dir.,Parks, Rec. & Forestry <br /> City of Mounds View <br /> 2401 Highway 10 <br /> Mounds View, MN 55112 <br /> Dear Ms. Saarion: <br /> The Transportation Advisory Board has completed its review of the project applications submitted <br /> for federal funding for federal fiscal years 1998 and 1999 for the Transportation Enhancements <br /> Program (TEP). The project(s) you submitted listed below was not approved for funding in this <br /> solicitation. <br /> Silver Lake Road Trailway <br /> Attached is a summary of the projects selected for funding in each program area. A total of 59 <br /> projects were submitted. All projects were reviewed to determine if the qualifying criteria were met. <br /> A few projects were rejected for failing to meet these criteria. The remainder were reviewed and <br /> scored by subcommittees of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). The TAB and the <br /> Metropolitan Council have concurred with these selections. <br /> Through this process, federal funding for the Enhancement Program is complete through 1999. The <br /> next regional solicitation for several project categories will occur this Fall, however, specific dates <br /> have not been determined.
