SSt t] <br />)B4p056 <br />Deer Playground EquipmenC Representative: <br />As you are aware, t�e Mounds View Parks and Recreation Commission <br />reviewed eight different playground sites on Saturday, April 28, <br />to exparience first i3nd the difEeren[ types of creative play <br />environmenta available. There was not one particular unit that <br />�, they were comple[ely satisEied wi[h but rathec some options and <br />�; Eeatures of each piece of equipment that they preferred. <br />The Commisaion has directed staff to draft a very loose set of <br />specifications from which they would lfke to requesG bid propo- <br />sals from by Friday, May 18, 1984. The equipment will be located <br />at Random Park, a small totally undeveloped neighborhood park, <br />which is surrounded by residential homea. Additional facilties <br />we propose Eor the park include a small picnic area, trail syatem <br />and general landscaping.
