Establishes necessary policies and procedures required to <br /> ensure all necessary paperwork is maintained for the proper ' <br /> ID and efficient running of the acquatics program. Prepares a <br /> variety of well documented reports that clearly identify <br /> existing program activity and extent of participation. The <br /> reports should include supporting information identifying <br /> accountability for administration for each program and <br /> related employee lists, budget allocations , etc . <br /> 10 . Coordinates and controls facility usage for the Edgewood <br /> Community Center pool and Lakeside Park beach to include <br /> pool rentals and other special pool activities. <br /> 11. Initiates and controls all supply/equipment purchases to <br /> replenish existing inventories and provide additional <br /> items necessary for effective program implementation and <br /> ensure that they are in good working condition. <br /> 12 . Assumes other responsibilities as apparent or designated. <br /> MINIMUM WORK QUALIFICATIONS <br /> 1. 3-5 yrs .of experience in supervision of either waterfront or <br /> pool operations . <br /> 2 . Must have a valid W.S . I . Red Cross Certificate. <br /> III 3. Have a four year degree from an accredited college or <br /> comparable experience. <br />
