- 2 - <br /> OUTSIDE PROGRAM After study of the revised outside program policy, the <br /> POLICY Commission felt that the revised policy was more <br /> equitable . Commissioner Frank Silvis made a motion <br /> to adopt the policy 'as revised . Commissioner Wayne <br /> Weflen seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 5 ayes <br /> 0 nayes <br /> STAFF REPORT Director Anderson highlighted the staff report includ- <br /> ing: Golden Gloves update , skating rinks , Groveland <br /> warming house/rink project and status of summer school <br /> joint programming. <br /> ARCHERY Director Anderson distributed correspondence regarding <br /> resident' s requests to develop an archery range within <br /> the City. The Commission requested to be kept apprised <br /> of future development. <br /> ADJOURNMENT Chairperson Burmeister made a motion to adjourn the <br /> meeting. The motion was seconded by Commission Weflen . <br /> Motion passed. 5 ayes <br /> 0 nayes <br /> Meeting adjourned at 7 : 30 p.m. <br /> After the Parks and Recreation Commission meeting co <br /> cluded , the Commission met with the City Council to <br /> review and brainstorm future Parks and Recreation <br /> issues in the City of Mounds View for 1983 . <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Bruce K.
