MEMO TO: Larry Decheine D• ATE: May 13, 1982 PAGE : Four 4111 PINEWOOD SCHOOL The only item that needs to be addressed at Pinewood are field lining when necessary and trash barrel emptying . Other than that , once again the School District will be assuming the balk of the general maintenance . OAKWOOD PARK *1 . The old pleasure skating rink area should be cleaned out from trash and street sweeping should be brought in there to level the area out a little bit . 2 . The tot lot area should be sprayed with Round-up to eliminate weed problems and reduce weeds all the way around . Also , install a second level of beams of the lower end of the tot lot to keep the sand in. 3 . We are missing two of the diggers in the top third of the tot lot area which should be replaced. GREENFIELD PARK *1 . At the entrance of the parking lot on the left there is a very large area that needs to be refilled with black dirt and seeded. 1111 2 . The drainage ditch area needs to be cleaned out of all the trash, etc . that is in there . 3 . The tot lot area should be examined for any broken chain links , etc . 4 . We should pull all the weeds in the two planters on either side of the tot lot area and fill them up to the brim with wood chips from Arden Park. 5 . You should rake smooth the two dirt piles on the southwest corner of the pleasure skating area so that they are smoothed out and seeded. 6 . The building should be cleaned out and either storage racks or some type of arrangements made within the building so that it can be kept in a much more neat and orderly condition . 7 . We need to order additional egg lime for the field at Greenfield Park to bring that up to grade . 8 . The trash barrels need to be emptied on a regular basis . HILLVIEW PARK 4111 *1 . Hockey rink U-posts should be pulled out as soon as possible . 2 . Tot lot should be checked for broken chain links , etc .
