t <br /> -3- <br /> • (3 ) The length of time the organization has been in <br /> existence . <br /> ( 4 ) The number of active members. <br /> ( 5 ) A brief description of the event or activity for <br /> which the permit is being requested. <br /> ( 6 ) The park proposed to be used for the activity includ- <br /> ing any facilities in the park which will be used. <br /> ( 7 ) The dates and times for which the permit is request- <br /> ed. <br /> ( 8 ) The anticipated number of participants . <br /> ( 9 ) The person or persons from the organization who will <br /> be in responsible charge of the event or activity and <br /> of the sale of beer. <br /> • The application shall be made to the City Parks and Recre- <br /> ation Director who may refer the application to such <br /> departments as he deems advisable for review. The City <br /> Parks and Recreation Director shall then make his recom- <br /> mendation to the City Council which may grant or deny the <br /> permit. <br /> Subdivision 4 Permit Fee . The fee shall he $50. 00 and <br /> shall be paid in full at the time of application . The <br /> permit fee may be waived by the City Council. <br /> Subdivision 5 Bond. The Council may require , as a condi- <br /> tion of issuance of the permit, an indemnity bond holding <br /> the City harmless from liability of any kind or character <br /> and reimbursing the City for any property damage or clean- <br /> up costs. The Council may also require, in addition to or <br /> in lieu of such bond , that the organization furnish proof <br /> of insurance adequately covering all such actions, claims, <br /> or costs, and may require that the City be made an addi- <br /> tional insured. <br />
