Such action would be an outstanding example of the close partnership that has existed between the Mounds View School District and the City. Should we receive this structure, the City would make it a permanent installation in one of our parks where it would be used as a community facility providing space for organiza- tions needing room for their meetings or activities, various recreation programs including the City's extremely School successful la y Program and any other activities that Qays air would he appropriate for such a facility. Once a determina- tion is made by the School District to donate this facility to the City, arrangements will he made by the City to remove the building prior to the time construction begins on the classroom addition and when it is most convenient for the School District. We look forward to hearing from the School District regarding this matter and we hope that should your proposal meet with success, a smallribbon cutting ceremony can he held where the School Board can be personally thanked by the City for their generosity.
