SIGNAL LIGHT AT • QUINCY & CTY.RD. I Commissioner Diane Wuori made a motion that the Park and Recreation Commission write a letter to Ramsey County to urge retaining the signal light at Quincy St. and County Road I even after street improvements, in consideration that several children travel this intersection as they participate in recreation programs at the Pinewood School site located on the corner of County Road I and Quincy St. Commissioner David Long seconded the motion. The motion passed 4 ayes, 0 nayes. PARK 9., RFC. COMMISSIONER'S ATTENDANCE RECORDS Commissioner Diane Wuori made a motion that the Park and Recreation Commission request the Mayor and City Council review the Park and Recreation Commissioner's attendance records and that the Mayor and City Council implement the policy regarding attendance requirements. GROVE LAND FK AND GREENFIELD F'k. PROJECT REPORTS Acting Director Saarion reported on the developments of Groveland Park tennis courts and Greenfield Park play structure. STAFF DIRECTION The Commission requested staff to submit the 1986 attendance record to the City Council and Mayor. The Park and Recreation Commission requested staff to write a letter to request the signal light at Pinewood School intersection of County Road I and Quincy St. remain for reasons said. The Park and Recreation Commission requested staff to write a card of thanks and appreciation to all the 1986 volunteer coaches.
