-2- <br /> ALLOCATIONS OF COST <br /> The City of Mounds View shall invoice the City of New Brighton 410 <br /> quarterly for the amount due and payable, by the City of New <br /> Brighton for services rendered by the Aquatics Director during <br /> the billing period . This quarterly amount will reflect 50 per <br /> cent of the Aquatics Directors salary and benefits for that given <br /> time period. The city of Mounds View shall notify the City of <br /> New Brighton in writing within sixty ( 60 ) days in advance of any <br /> salary or benefit change. Benefits shall be the same as those <br /> normally accorded to a full-time Mounds View City employee . <br /> ADMINISTRATION AND CLERICAL SUPPORT <br /> Each City shall be responsible for its own clerical and adminis- <br /> tration work relating to its respective aquatics program. This <br /> will include flyers and school announcements, letter correspon- <br /> dence, evaluations, contracts, and any applicable applications <br /> and grant forms. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES, LICENSING AND CERTIFICATION <br /> All licensing , certification and related miscellaneous expenses <br /> having common need or interest between the two municipalities <br /> shall be split equally between the two cities based on a 50/50 <br /> basis. <br /> EQUIPMENT SHARING • <br /> The municipalities of New Brighton and Mounds View individually <br /> own certain equipment which is important for a successful aqua- <br /> tics program. This equipment shall remain the property of each <br /> municipality, but a sharing of special equipment, which would <br /> benefit each of the respective communities, will be encouraged <br /> and promoted whenever possible. <br /> INDEMNIFICATION AND INSURANCE <br /> Each municipality will indemnify and hold harmless each respec- <br /> tive City on all aquatics issues and be responsible for maintain- <br /> ing their own professional liability insurance covering all <br /> potential damages of whatever nature that may arise from or be <br /> the consequence of duties that each municipality has assumed. <br /> ANNUAL REVIEW <br /> This agreement will be reviewed and evaluated annually. <br /> AUTHORITY <br /> Each party executes this agreement pursuant of the authority of <br /> their respective governing bodies. <br />
