It's a fun trail with gentle hills, natural setting and just long <br /> enough to whet your appetite for hot chocolate and cookies at the bon fire. <br /> Wax the skis and come out fora family ski at Silver View Park. The bon fire <br /> will light up at 6:30 p.m. and skiing is open until 9:00 p.m. NO REGISTRATION <br /> REQUIRED. <br /> Snoball Tournament <br /> TURDAY AND SUNDAY, JANUARY 23 AND 24 <br /> A men's open snoball tournament will be held at Silver View Park Saturday and <br /> Sunday, January 23 and 24. The tournament will be double elimination. Fee is <br /> $70.00/team. Softballs will be supplied. Games are officiated. Maximum of <br /> 16 teams and minimum of 6 teams is required. Registration deadline is <br /> Tuesday, January 19. Tournament will be held snow, rain, sleet, hail or lk <br /> shine! <br /> P <br /> Sliding Par at Silver ie •% <br /> SATURDAY, JANUARY 23 <br /> Not only is sliding fun, but awards can be won! Ribbons for longest slide, <br /> obstacle run, most acrobatic run and fastest will be givento contestants. <br /> Bring sleds, toboggans, plastic sleds, saucers or whatever and join in the <br /> sliding for fun or competition. Sliding is fun for all ages and everyone is <br /> invited to slide and/or compete in the events . The competitions will, begin at <br /> 10:30 a.m. at the Silver View Park sliding hill. NO REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. <br /> Commun nt Sat in Part <br /> Amommilumm <br /> SATURDA , JANUARY 3 ; <br /> ling your skates to Groveland Park and enjoy an evening of fun, fellowship, <br /> music and skating. It 'll be an old-fashioned skate around an oval skating ' <br /> rink to music. Rot chocolate and cookies will be available for participants. 1 <br /> Skaters of all ages and caliber are encouraged to come.
