Resolution No. 2281 <br /> Page two • <br /> 6. The need for and location of a park security light fixture <br /> should be determined by each individual situation. <br /> 7 . Regular maintenance practices shall be performed to ensure <br /> appropriate security lighting benefits. <br /> 8 . Activity facility lighting should be sufficient enough to <br /> provide a margin of safety for recreational participants. <br /> 9.
