Identify the number of soccer fields (differentiate between regulation and practice fields) <br /> available within your jurisdiction to serve youth soccer players <br /> 3. Include a map illustrating the location and number of existing soccer fields and the <br /> proposed facility within the jurisdiction <br /> F. Project documentation: <br /> 1. Location map <br /> 2. Site map, legal description and size (acres/square feet) <br /> 3. Site plan for future soccer facility <br /> 4. Total estimated land cost for soccer facility <br /> G. Source of local funding share (identify specific sources and amounts of public and/or private <br /> funds on hand to acquire the land). <br /> H. Identify sources of funding for development of the soccer facilities (NOTE: soccer field <br /> acquisition funded under this program must be available for public use within 3 years of a land <br /> acquisition partnership grant award.) <br /> • I.
