Mr. Mack said there is a strong feeling among agencies that a new funding package needs to be considered which may include regional park bonding or a capital improvement levy on metropolitan area properties. Reports from Chairman and Other Commission Members Chairman Nethercut said the next joint meeting with the St. Paul Parks and Recreation Commission has been tentatively scheduled for Tuesday,September 15.
