Singer, that the Commission recommend approval of the Highway 96 Regional Trail Corridor <br /> Master Plan by the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners. Motion carried. <br /> • <br /> DIRECTOR'S REPORT <br /> Mr. Mack said the County Board approved the contract with Midwest Golf Domes, L.L.C. for <br /> construction of a golf dome at Goodrich Golf Course. <br /> Mr. Mack said the St. Paul Board of Water Commissioners met on September 9 but did not take <br /> action on the joint powers agreement and master plan amendment for the Vadnais-Sucker <br /> lakes area of Snail Lake Regional Park. Mr. Mack indicated that he and Mr. Bernie Bullert, <br /> General Manager of the St. Paul Water Utility, met with the plant staff and maintenance crew <br /> of the Water Utility prior to the meeting. The joint powers agreement and master plan will be <br /> considered for approval by the St. Paul Board of Water Commissioners on September 24 and <br /> will be presented to the County Board at their October 1 meeting.
