Our <br />assistance will be for planning and zoning issues, zoning and subdivision code interpretation, and <br />guidance to the Planning and Zoning Committee and City Council on projects, permits and <br />zoning amendments. Our planning team provides these services to many cities in the region and <br />we have experienced planners who can handle these issues well. <br />We propose that Stantec will provide these services with Senior Planner Phil Carlson and Planner <br />Kribashini Moorthy, with others assisting as needed. We will consult with other planners, our <br />colleague City Engineer Tyler McLeete, the City Attorney, and others as needed. Our work may <br />include: <br />1) Prepare planning reports as requested for zoning and subdivision applications such as <br />variances, conditional use permits, rezonings, plats, or other requests, and attend meetings <br />of the Planning Commission and City Council as requested. <br />2) Meetings, phone calls, and emails with City staff and elected and appointed leaders; <br />property owners, developers, applicants, residents or others in the planning and <br />development review process; agency or organization representatives connected to issues <br />in Mounds View; or others as needed or directed by the City. <br />3) Research planning and zoning matters, including city codes, plans, and policies, or other <br />government or agency rules and regulations related to planning and zoning issues. <br />Design with community in mind <br />
