MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION 1157-23 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION BYLAWS <br />WHEREAS, City Code 33.001 Establishes a Planning and Zoning Commission to be the city <br />planning agency, as authorized by the state statutes and the City Charter; and, <br />WHEREAS, City Code 33.006(F) states that the Commission shall adopt bylaws for its governance <br />and for the transaction of its business. The Bylaws were most recently amended in 2020, and are <br />reviewed annually by the Commission; and, <br />WHEREAS, in 2022, the City codified the City Code, renumbering various sections. The Planning <br />and Zoning Commission Bylaws reference the previous sections of the City Code, which are now <br />incorrect; and, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View Planning and Zoning Commission <br />amends the Planning and Zoning Commission Bylaws, updating the correct references to the Mounds <br />View City Code, and Minnesota Statutes (Exhibit A). <br />Adopted this 181h day of January, 2023 <br />Gar' y'-'4hyle, Chair <br />Attest <br />Community Development Director <br />Seal <br />
