OVERVIEW OF THE FIVE MILESTONES FOR <br /> SUSTAINABILITY <br /> ICLEI developed its Five Milestones for Sustainability to be used as a framework to guide local govern- <br /> ments through the process of developing a sustainability plan, and to recognize their achievements when <br /> theycomplete each milestone.
