Res 1160-23 <br />Pg3of3 <br />FINDING: Adequate utilities, roads, and drainage exist. <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is scheduled for Monday, June 12, 2023; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Mounds View Planning and Zoning Commission, based <br />upon the above findings, the Staff Report, and in consideration of public testimony, hereby recommends <br />Approval of a Conditional Use Permit for Manufacturing, compounding, processing, packaging or <br />treatment of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and food products and the rendering or refining of fats and <br />oils, with the following conditions; <br />1.
