Access Management/Traffic Circulation <br /> <br /> <br />Strategic Plan Strategy/Goal: <br />Create and maintain a positive business climate where businesses want to locate and remain in Mounds View. <br /> <br />Financial Impact: <br />The City of Mounds View received a $50,000 grant from Ramsey County to conduct a Market and <br />Redevelopment study of the Mounds View Square area. The study must be approved and adopted by the <br />Mounds View City Council and submitted to Ramsey County by December 31, 2023. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Listed to both the Marketing Study and Redevelopment Concepts presentation then ask questions and give <br />direction to the consultants as needed. The consultant will make any necessary changes, launch the public <br />engagement tools, then conduct a second presentation at the November City Council Worksession to hear <br />Council’s preferred concepts and recommendations before the City Council formally accepts the plan’s findings & <br />recommendations at its December 11 regular City Council meeting.
