Resolution 9829 (continued) <br />3. Staff will complete reference checks and meet with Marvel to review the City <br />program and that Marvel can meet the needs of the City. <br />4. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into <br />a contract with Marvel Sewer and Drains to perform televising and lining of private <br />sewer laterals. Contracts shall expire on December 31, 2026. <br />5.
