The recommendations consider existing conditions, Mounds View community member survey <br /> responses, non-vegetated improvements that support restoration goals, and the feasibility, sustainability, <br /> and costs associated with both short-term restoration efforts and long-term maintenance. Vegetation <br /> restoration and management actions that will improve pond buffer functionality, support water quality <br /> protection, enhance wildlife habitat, enhance native wetland, increase native plant diversity, and enhance <br /> park visitor recreational and nature experiences are prioritized.
