CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chair Dennis Farmer called the meeting to order at approximately 7:30 a.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Chair, Dennis Farmer, Vice Chair, Jason Helgemoe, <br />Commissioners, Jim Freichels, Gary Stevenson, Teresa Muckala, <br />& Dan Larson <br />Members Absent: None <br />Staff Present: Assistant City Administrator, Brian Beeman <br />Meeting Attendees: Gary Meehlhause <br /> <br />4. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 15, 2019, AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Freichels moved and Commissioner Stevenson <br />seconded the approval of the February 15, 2019 EDC agenda. <br /> <br />Motion Carried: 6 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 18, 2019, EDC MINUTES <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Stevenson moved and Commissioner Freichels <br />seconded the approval of the January 18, 2019 EDC minutes. <br /> <br />Motion Carried: 6 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> <br />6. EDC BUSINESS <br /> <br />Review 2019 EDC Priorities <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator, Beeman reviewed the 2018 priorities and suggested 2019 <br />priorities. The Commission discussed and agreed to cross out the Crossroad Pointe <br />redevelopment site and Cynthia Johnson lot & related empty lot since those projects are <br />underway and added the five lots west of the MWF Properties apartment project as a <br />redevelopment area. It was also decided to add the Bauer Welding property to the <br />Skyline Motel redevelopment, eliminate the word multi-family in item 6) and replacing it <br />with the word residential, and decided to keep item 9) for one more year and try to <br />continue to attract start-up companies in the available vacant space. <br />
