Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve the attached Resolution approving 1) private storm <br />sewer pipe placement in the City Right of Way and 2) a maintenance agreement with the property <br />owner, current and future, of 7655 Pleasant View Drive, PIN 073023220043.
