ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />Additional services may be added upon approval by both Client and Consultant via amendment to <br />this Agreement. <br />1. The following items are excluded from this Agreement; however, Consultant can provide <br />these professional services for additional compensation by amendment to this <br />Agreement. <br />A. Master Plan and 3-dimensional Graphics: The planning efforts do not include more <br />graphical master plan imagery or 3-dimensions but can be added at additional cost if <br />desired. <br />B. Language Translation: Language translation services by INGCO International, can be <br />added as needed. They provide on -site or remote interpretation, as well as <br />documents, graphics, and website translation services. Rates vary depending on <br />language. It is approximately $180/hour for Hmong; $160/hour for Somali; $150/hour <br />for Spanish; and $0.25/word for written translation. <br />C. Food, Snacks, or Games: Food, snacks, or games necessary for community <br />engagement efforts are not included but can be provided as a reimbursable direct <br />expense to the Client without any markup. <br />D. Virtual Public Meetings: Additional services can be provided to provide virtual options <br />to be included as part of the open house or public meetings. This includes video <br />production, upload, and an online comment map. <br />V. PROPOSED FEES, SCHEDULE AND ACCEPTANCE <br />Services outlined in Section II — Scope of Services listed above will be provided for a total hourly <br />not -to -exceed fee of $106,500. <br />The following fee table provides an overview of fees that are broken into the main categories of <br />work with a detailed spreadsheet as an attachment. <br />Project Start -Up & Data Collection $13,000 <br />Needs Analysis $21,000 <br />Community Engagement $34,000 <br />Park System Plan & Meetings $38,500 <br />Total $106,500 <br />Reimbursable expenses will be billed in addition to the professional fees above. <br />VI. SCHEDULE <br />A detailed schedule will be provided following the project kick-off meeting. This project is <br />assumed to start in late April to early May and be complete by December 2024. <br />ACCEPTANCE <br />This letter represents our entire understanding of the project scope. If the City of Mounds View is <br />in agreement, the necessary contract documents can be provided and signed.
