Officer Keckeisen has been employed by the City for 23 years (March 17, 2001). Attached is <br />Resolution 9909, which authorizes separation compensation to Officer Keckeisen in accordance with the <br />City's Personnel Manual and LELS Labor Agreement 204. <br />Discussion <br />Section 5.03 of the City of Mounds View Personnel Manual states employees leaving in good standing <br />will receive a lump -sum compensation for all accrued vacation and compensation time.
