The motion passed <br /> unanimously : 5 ayes , 0 nayes . <br /> FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IM- <br /> PROVEMENT PLAN (CONT' D) After a lengthly discussion of priorities , <br /> the Commission agreed on the following five <br /> year capital improvement plan: <br /> 1989 <br /> $32, 000 - Silver View Parking Lot <br /> $1 , 500 - Twin sandlot volleyball court at <br /> Lakeside Park <br /> $1 , 000 - Park signs <br /> $1, 568 - Trash container holders ( 14) <br /> $1 , 416 - Bike racks ( 4 ) <br /> $3 , 360 - Picnic tables ( 8) <br /> $1 , 000 - Benches ( 6) <br /> $2, 656 - Security lighting <br /> 1990 <br /> • $32, 000 - Silver View Parking Lot <br /> $ 8, 000 - Oakwood play facilities <br /> $ 3, 000 - Carpet replacement - Groveland <br /> Hillview <br /> Woodcrest <br /> $ 1, 500 - Twin sandlot volleyball court at <br /> Silver View Park <br /> 1991 <br /> $ 5, 000 - Hockey boards replacement <br /> $ 5, 000 - Exercise trail (Ardan Park ) <br /> Remaining money to carry over to 1992 for <br /> Silver View play equipment <br /> 1992 <br /> $12, 500 - Play equipment for Silver View <br /> 1993 <br /> $ 7 , 500 - Hard court surface at Lambert <br /> $ 5, 000 - Greenfield picnic shelter <br /> • During the discussion of the five year <br /> capital improvement plan, the Commission <br /> decided to use the 1988 capital improvement <br /> monies for Hillview Park rather than for <br /> Oakwood Park which had originally been <br /> planned . <br />
