(A) The Commission shall be composed of seven equal voting members, including three business <br />representatives and four residents, appointed pursuant to the Standard Appointment Process in City <br />Code section 33.100 et_sM. by the Authority Beafd of Gemmissioner-a based on the r-ecarnmendatie <br />. Members shall have <br />diverse qualifications with practical experience consisting of, not limited to, but including one of the <br />following areas: economics; finance; accounting; real estate; social services; and marketing. For tl}purpose of initiating the e <br />r hall . <br />(B) , <br />two year- tems nd twe members shall serve dwee year- wms. Members shall serve <br />three-year staggered terms, with terms expiring December 31 of each year. At least two of these <br />terms, but not more than three terms, shall expire each year. The appointees shall be duly sworn and <br />take office at the first regular meeting of the Commission in the month of January each year. Both <br />original and successive appointees shall hold their offices until their successors are appointed and <br />qualified. <br />§ 33.083 CONFLICT OF INTEREST. <br />(A) No person shall be appeiRted with private or- personal interest likely to eenfliC4 with A <br />()If any person appointed shall find that his or her private or personal interests are involved in <br />any matter coming before the Commission, he or she shall disqualify themselves from taking part in <br />action on the matter; alternatively, he or she may be disqualified by a two-thirds' majority vote of the <br />Commissioners in attendance. <br />§ 33.084 COMPENSATION. <br />Members of the Commission shall serve without compensation. <br />§ 33.085 [Reserved] VACANCIES-. <br />notifieation to the Commission eba4peFsen ef his or her intentions, it sheuld be the duty of the <br />cause and on written ehar-ges by at least four- fifths of the entire Author-fty.
