The lease information would <br /> include stipulations on design, security, <br /> maintenance, aesthetics, liability, insurance, and <br /> what becomes of the building if MVAA disbands. <br /> Staff will have this information at the next <br /> meeting. <br /> WOODCREST <br /> PARK: Staff informed the Commission that geotechnical <br /> tests were being performed at Woodcrest Park and <br /> that results will be received in a few months. <br /> This information will be passed on as soon as the <br /> results are received. <br /> OTHER <br /> BUSINESS : Commissioners confirmed their desire to meet with <br /> a representative from Ramsey County Compost <br /> Facility to discuss joint ventures in the way of • <br /> park aesthetics and compost accessibility and <br /> traffic flow. Staff will formally invite a <br /> representative for the March meeting. <br /> Gary Stevenson will be our representative to the <br /> Hwy. 10 Development Task Force. <br /> Commissioner Trettel made the announcement that he <br /> will resign from the Parks and Recreation <br /> Commission because of precious little time for his <br /> family. Everyone expressed regrets and <br /> appreciation for the time and work that he has <br /> dedicated to furthering parks and recreation in <br /> the City of Mounds View. <br /> Commissioner Trettel said that he would provide a <br /> letter of resignation to the Mayor to make the <br /> resignation official. <br /> ADJOURNMENT: Commissioner Trettel made a motion seconded by <br /> Commissioner Dentz to adjourn the meeting. Motion <br /> was passed unanimously. <br />
