Suggested time line as follows: <br /> 1) Have YMCA put a notice box in each MV Matters edition encouraging residents to nominate <br /> a coach of the year. <br />th <br />2) Deadline for applications February 15 <br />3) Commission reviews applications February meeting <br />4) Council approves recommendation first March meeting <br />5) Award presented at Town Hall Meeting April <br /> 6) City will put an article in the MV Matters and other press if possible, announcing the <br /> recipient of the award after the award is presented at the Town Hall Meeting in April of each <br /> year. <br /> <br />6. New Business: <br />a.) Other New Business? Update on city lights on County Highway 10 Trailway: In progress <br /> <br />7. Commissioner/Staff Reports: <br />a) Park Sign Replacement Program Update – The four signs that were budgeted in 2007 have been <br />delivered. These were for: Silver View, Random, Hillview, and Groveland parks. Only the Hillview <br />sign was installed before the fall freeze up. The remaining fours signs have been included in the 2008 <br />budget. These are for: Lambert, Oakwood, Woodcrest and Greenfield. Direct Staff to include a sign <br />for Silver View park on County Road H2 and to determine whether or not the sign at Arden Park <br />needs to be replaced. <br /> <br />b) ALRC Biking Committee—Darren Peterson will be a representative for that committee. Next meeting <br />th <br />is March 16 at the Roseville City Hall. <br /> <br />c) Parks Promotional Video – All footage has been shot. John Kroeger will meet with Ms. Van Alstine to <br />do the voice over for Arden Park. She will edit the video so it is ready for the Town Hall meeting. She <br />will bring a draft to the March Meeting for our approval. <br /> <br />d) Any Other Reports? NONE <br /> <br /> <br />8. Request for future agenda items/other business <br />th <br />Possible Items for the February 28 Agenda: <br />Playground replacement for summer 2008—Park Improvement Plan. City Hall Park next on the <br />th <br />list? Can we get replacement before 50 Anniversary celebration at MV Festival in the Park? <br />Annual Commission meeting with City Council <br /> <br />nd <br />9. Motion to adjourn by Long, 2 by Aukee at 8:28 P.M. Motion Passed 7-0. <br /> <br /> <br />
