ORDINANCE NO. 1000 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2023 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW FEE SCHEDULE <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View approved the 2023 City of Mounds <br />View Fee Schedule by adopting Ordinance 993 on November 22, 2022. <br />SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends the 2023 City of <br />Mounds View Fee Schedule by adding the underlined material and deleting the stFiGkeR <br />material as follows: <br />Appendix A — 2020 2022 MN State Statutes: 326B.153 Building Permit Fees <br />Appendix B — 2028 2022 MN State Statutes: 326B.148 Surcharge <br />SECTION 3. Pursuant to Minnesota Law, the Mounds View City Charter, and Mounds <br />View City Code, the amended 2023 fee schedule for City services and licensing is <br />hereby adopted after making the specified revisions as shown above. <br />SECTION 4.
