Financial Impact: No Impact to the 2024 Budget as the 2024 General Fund Budget has <br />$25,000 for cleaning and $3,500 for floor care, and the Event Center has $10,000 for <br />extra Staff for events. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff is recommending the City Council approve a contract between Z & K Avdiu Inc. of <br />Mounds View, Minnesota and the City of Mounds View for janitorial cleaning services. <br />The janitorial service will include cleaning 3 days a week at the City Hall/Police Facility <br />and 1 day a week at Public Works and the Mounds View Community Center. Cleaning <br />tasks and times will be performed as documented in the Scope of Work — Exhibit A in the <br />agreement.
