Attached is Resolution 9958, <br /> which authorizes separation compensation to Officer Leitch in accordance with the City's Personnel <br /> Manual and LELS Labor Agreement 204. <br /> Discussion <br /> Section 5.03 of the City of Mounds View Personnel Manual states employees leaving in good standing <br /> will receive a lump-sum compensation for all accrued vacation and compensation time.
