Data and reports requested in this section shall be emailed directly to the City's Director of <br /> Public Works or another designee of the City.In addition to the specified reporting timelines <br /> below,Hauler shall provide additional reports or data when requested by the City. <br /> 3.1.1 Initial Reporting.The Hauler will provide the City with a final list of all eligible RDUs <br /> currently serviced by Hauler within one-hundred twenty(120) days of the Effective <br /> Date of the Contract.The list shall be provided in an electronic Microsoft Excel format <br /> with the following information: <br /> a. Name; <br /> b. Service Address; <br /> c. Trash Cart Size(small every other week,small,medium,large); <br /> d. Extra Trash Cart(if applicable); <br /> e. Extra Recycling Cart(if applicable);and <br /> f. A list of the total number of each service provided by Hauler during the previous <br /> calendar year.The listing shall be updated each year by February 15ffi and shall <br /> be made available at no cost to the City. <br /> 3.1.2 Quarterly Reporting.Quarterly reports are due by the fifteenth(151h)day of February, <br /> May,August,and November,or the following business day if the fifteenth(15th)day <br /> is a weekend or holiday,from Hauler.The quarterly report shall be an electronic report <br /> (i.e., in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet) of the following total quarterly collection <br /> weights or counts: <br /> a. Trash(tons); <br /> b. Recyclables(tons); <br /> c. Yard Waste(tons or cubic yards); <br /> d. Organics(tons); <br /> e. Appliances(units); <br /> f. Bulky Waste(non-electronic)(units); <br /> g. Electronic Waste(units);and <br /> h.
