To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 9958, <br /> 10 Authorizing Separation Compensation for Police Officer Leitch. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Ayes—4 Nays—0 Motion carried. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 H. PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Vince Meyer, 8380 Spring Lake Road, explained the City has been working on his road for the <br /> 32 past three years. He asked where the accountability was for the contractor. He reported staff <br /> 33 originally estimated the work would be done in 42 days and the project was going on three years. <br /> 34 He indicated the garbage on his road has still not been cleaned up. He questioned why the City <br /> 35 was not fining the contractor. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 City Attorney Riggs reported staff was in progress of working on this matter and meetings have <br /> 38 been set up to deal with the contractors in order to hold the contractor to the terms of the contract <br /> 39 documents. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Mr. Meyer stated he would like to be communicated with because the residents on Spring Lake <br /> 42 Road have no clue what was going on. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 CR Barrigan, 7765 Spring Lake Road, expressed concern with the lack of access to his land now <br /> 45 that the trail was installed. He reported his lawnmower didn't have enough power to make the <br /> 46 grade and he had to pull it out with his truck. He indicated he spoke with Mr. Peterson regarding <br />
