Visit the entry sign location site, as necessary, with the purpose of investigating, assessing and <br />documenting the existing conditions of the site, <br />2. Prepare schematic layout plans for entry sign. <br />3, Prepare schematic section — elevations for entry sign. <br />4, Prepare schematic structural review and schematic design of entry sign foundation. <br />5.. Prepare schematic electrical review and schematic design of entry sign lighting. <br />6. Coordinate schematic design of water feature at entry sign. <br />7, Gather product literature and information as necessary to support the schematic design of the <br />entry sign. <br />& Prepare preliminary costs for, design/engineering, construction, construction administration, and <br />contingency. <br />9. Prepare narrative and compile information for delivery to City. <br />Civic District Gateway <br />1. Visit the gateway location site, as necessary, with the purpose of investigating, assessing and <br />documenting the existing conditions of the site. <br />2, Prepare schematic layout plans for gateway monument. <br />3. Prepare schematic section — elevations for gateway monument. <br />4. Prepare schematic structural review and schematic design of gateway monument foundation. <br />5. Prepare schematic electrical review and schematic design of gateway monument lighting. <br />6� Coordinate schematic design of water features in existing pond. <br />7.
