Mr. Greg Lee April 11, 2006 <br />Cite of Mounds View, MN page 3 <br />Meetings <br />We anticipate three meetings with City Staff and one meeting with the Design Theme Sub -Committee <br />during the preparation of the feasibility report. <br />Deliverables <br />We will provide the City with 25 bound hard copies of the feasibility report and electronic files of the <br />report material in pdf format. <br />3.0 Pre -Authorized Supplemental Design Services <br />The following Supplemental Services are not included in the scope of Feasibility Report Services and <br />will be performed as necessary to complete the feasibility report: <br />Supplemental survey: <br />a. The schematic design will be based on existing Bonestroo survey information for the <br />County Road 10 Corridor. <br />b. It is anticipated that some amount of additional surveying will be needed at the Civic <br />Gateway and Northwest Entry Sign locations. <br />2, Coordination of work with subconsultants, <br />1 Other pre -authorized services listed in our standing Professional Services Agreement. <br />4.0 Supplemental Design Services <br />The following Supplemental Services are not included in the scope of Feasibility Report Services and <br />are not included among those listed as pre -authorized. They may be provided by Consultant if <br />authorized by the Owner: <br />1 � Additional design elements. <br />5.0 Compensation <br />The design fee for completing the Scope of Feasibility Report listed in 2..0 above is based on the lump <br />sum amounts as listed below. A separate amount has been listed for each portion of the Report, along <br />with a total amount. If the separate projects for each monument move forward into Final Design the <br />corresponding lump sum amount listed below shall be credited against the Final Design fees as <br />appropriate per Appendix D of the Professional Services Agreement. Reimbursable expenses (e.g., <br />transportation costs, photographs) incurred during preparation of the Report will be billed at cost. <br />Feasibility Report Fee: <br />Southeast Entry Sign $7,600 <br />Civic Gateway Monument $4,800 <br />Northwest Entry Sign $3,200 <br />Feasibility Report Total $15,600 <br />
