As a part of this project several culverts will need to be installed. The City needs to determine whether modeling will be required as a part of this project. If simple hydrology calculations are all that's needed the city will likely apply for a permit from the watershed district. However, if expensive modeling is required we will likely explore other options. Attached is a map of the proposed culvert locations along JD 1. The proposed culvert locations are signified by a small water rapids symbol. Please note only the three northern most symbols are to be culverts, the southernmost symbol is proposed to be a bridge crossing. I hope form this map you can give you a good idea as to the extent of information the Watershed District will require when a permit is applied for.
