<br />Given the significance of this drainage way, I would suggest that the City and District meet to discuss the project in more <br />detail. Considering the potential design issues, it may be that footbridges should be an option for the City to consider. <br />Also, while the District’s 2002 EAW was shelved, there may still be interest by the District in pursuing regional ponding at <br />this location. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I’ve copied the District Administrator, Doug Thomas, in this response so that he is aware of our discussions.
