Mr. Hiatt has been employed by the City for 12 years (October 3, 2011). <br /> Attached is Resolution 9969, which authorizes separation compensation to Mr. Hiatt in accordance with <br /> the City's Personnel Manual and Public Works Collective Bargaining Unit Labor Agreement. <br /> Discussion <br /> Section 5.03 of the City of Mounds View Personnel Manual states employees leaving in good standing <br /> will receive a lump-sum compensation for all accrued vacation and compensation time.
