Resolution 9982 Continued <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br /> View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1. Approves the service agreement with Trane Building Services to perform BAS <br /> and HVAC equipment maintenance at City Hall and Community Center. <br /> 2. The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to execute all <br /> appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated by this <br /> resolution. <br /> 3.
